This Privacy policy explains how Neuros collects, processes, and protects the data you share with us through your interaction with our services and website. This Privacy Notice is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

We collect and process your personal data such as your first and last name, email address, location, telephone number, payment details, and the details of the company you represent, such as its name, VAT ID, email address, telephone number, and website. We also collect and process your personal data when you are invited to use our services and website by existing clients of our services, in accordance with the Agreement between Neuros and that client, taking into account the legitimate interests of the client.
We also collect and process data about your activity during use of our services and website, such as data on the features you used, the date and time of access to our services and website, data by which your device is identified (operating system, IP address, browser, location), system crash data that helps us understand the cause of failures, and other data.
In order to collect and process certain data, we may use technologies such as cookies and tools like Google Analytics.

Your personal data are stored on our servers and we take adequate measures to maintain their security. Your personal data are protected by passwords and firewalls utilizing encryption technologies to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, manipulation, unauthorized disclosure, and transmission of your personal data.
Our cookies do not reveal or contain personal data. Cookies cannot read data from your device or interact with other cookies stored on your device. However, cookies allow you to be recognized when you revisit our services and website.
The purpose of technically necessary cookies is to enable uninterrupted use of our services and website by users.
